TAX: *Rates quoted do not include required county tax.
SMOKING: *Strict no smoking policy on the premises...adults only...no pets
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: The first night's rent is required for deposit by VISA or MasterCard at the time of booking. (U.S. bank checks are accepted if your arrival date is at least 6 weeks from the date of booking.)
CANCELATION REQUIREMENTS : A handling fee of $7.50 will be charged on all cancellations. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to your arrival date (or 14 days during a holiday period), there will be an additional charge of the first night's rent (no refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of arrival date, or 'no show'.) Cancellation on all bookings will go into effect immediately upon non-payment of bookings.
PEAK RATES/OFF SEASON: Rates quoted are peak season rates: April through November, and holidays, 2008 (Off-season rates/ specials, available: $150--$300 per night)
